Ms. Ritika Mehta has been leading Instor India since 2020, playing a key role in the company’s rapid growth and global expansion. Under her leadership, Instor India has doubled its retail customer base, entered new international markets, and formed strategic partnerships with global brands. Her focus on customer-centricity and innovation has strengthened Instor’s position as India’s largest manufacturer and exporter of retail store fixtures, industrial solutions, and automotive components.
As Director of the Nirmukt Foundation, she is committed to improving access to education and healthcare for underprivileged communities. She also leads impactful initiatives like “EvolutioNARI,” focused on creating opportunities for women to restart their careers and thrive in industries like manufacturing.
A seasoned veteran in the manufacturing industry, with expertise spanning product design, development, reverse engineering, value engineering, and product costing operations.
With over two decades of experience, he has been a key pillar of the group’s growth and success. Currently leading Instor India’s operations, he drives innovation, operational excellence, and strategic direction, ensuring the company’s continued success and growth.
